At the end of the day it's the OS who will determine the heights of mountains. In this case it looks as though the MS has hired some surveyers to do the work, as they did with Foinaven and Beinn Dearg, and the OS have ratified the heights. However, I'll ask the question when I'm at the press conference on Thursday. It could be that with the number of people compleating the Munros these days the SMC might be glad to get rid of the responsibility. :) Al,
